PASSION
My name is Marc Moline and I am the maker behind Upland ResinCraft. As a visual artist and avid outdoorsman, I strive to create unique resin crafts that combine natural elements with modern forms. I live for days spent afield with my family & dog, and making just about anything with my hands.
PURSUIT
Our family loves to hunt and fish. It not only provides us with food for our table, but connects us more intimately with our natural world. We hate to see any part of an animal go to waste and creating products from feathers further celebrates the birds we harvest, turning what some discard as trash into treasures.
PROCESS
My resin jewelry and goods are hand-crafted using a lamination process learned from my years spent in the board-sports industry. By combining sustainably harvested feathers, with resin, wood and metals the end product not only beautiful, but light and durable, much like the the surfboards and snowboards the inspiration came from.
PURPOSE
Through Upland ResinCraft our family is exploring more of the outdoors, our creativity and entrepreneurship together. Although the business is still in its infancy, our intent is to help fund our boys' continuing education fund through the revenue it generates. We also look forward to giving a percentage to upland conservation as we become more established.
